"Why does RehabTime Organization sell merchandise?"
80 cents of every dollar goes into programming for our Rehabbers. Currently, we are saving up to develop an awesome mobile application, so our Rehabbers will have one central location/community they can go to, to receive all of the latest, free RehabTime content from our founder, Trent Shelton, and our team.
"My order status is 'on hold.' When will I get my order?"
We ask for 10 business days to get your order to your door. You will receive a notification email with a shipment tracking number when your order is prepared to ship. We need 10 business days, because all of our gear is made to order, meaning the tee shirt company makes your shirt when they receive your order. We do this to keep our overhead costs low since we are a nonprofit organization.
"What if I don't have a Kindle and want a digital version of a book?"
Amazon offers a Free Kindle app for Apple, Android, and nook devices so that you can view Kindle Purchases.
"Do you only ship inside the USA?"
Yes, we currently ship apparel to the US, only. We do offer merchandise, including apparel, at our events in countries outside of the US. If you wish to purchase a paperback copy of a book, check the Amazon store in your country for quicker delivery.  We partner with Amazon in all different geographic areas to provide you access to our books.
"What if I ordered the wrong size shirt?"
Majority of our products are made to order, therefore, if you recognize an error on your order, please contact us as soon as possible to have it addressed. Otherwise, it is hard for us to correct your order without going through a lengthy exchange process.
"Is RehabTime apparel sold in stores?"
Currently, official RehabTime apparel is only sold on this site.
"Are there discounts for bulk orders?"

"What is the return address for exchanges?"
